Sizing
No, not those. Neither is it about it. I was cured of the latter in freshman football. Barely hairing, a fellow freshman walked to the showers and put every swinging soul in the school on defense. And, I've never seen the likes since — even sharing the showers with any number of black guys. In poker, sizing is a constant argument playing no limit. You’d think most of that would go away when the game is limit. Not true.
The following plays out on many 7th street hands. The obvious low bets. He’s raised by the obvious high and then two or three behind that might have made crying calls fold. That is very -EV.
ADDENDUM:
I just played the morning Stud H/L on UB. It was preceded by an “upgrade” of the software. They really broke the system. The reraise button said “Raise by 0” and that is what happened. It took no chips from your stack. The guy on my right angle shot that every hand. I had a nice stack but just closed the game down. All the enjoyment of that little tournament was gone.
To allow such an upgrade to occur is shameful!
