Un u-no-wat believable
This morning I wake up; put on the coffee and … no that won’t work. Well, I did have a fresh cup in my hand as I opened my email. I had mail from my collection of close, new emailing buds.

Huh? After a week of testy exchanges where they didn’t believe the utility bill was a utility bill and other acts of dictatorship, we seem to have just kissed and made up. And that after they’d just laid even more demands on me to which I said “NO!”.
I’d chatted with Linda. I wanted her to know why I missed her tournament. She offered to contact Howard and I said it wasn’t that important to me. She’s Suzie’s friend and I didn’t want to put Linda in the middle of something like this. I really did appreciate her offer though. Actually, she might have resolved it anyway.
She brought up … well, actually it was a bit of a rant … over Brian Townsend who was doing real multi-accounting for profit. She mentioned that brought out that Full Tilt could check when accounts were active and both being used. So, I brought that up and said that had never happened. Boom, we hit the kissy-kissy stage. So, Linda may have solved it anyway.
So, there you have it. A complete PR disaster. The results were nothing changed except any respect I might have had for Full Tilt.
ADDENDUM:
Anybody got extra bucks on Ultimate Bet that they’d exchange for a Paypal transfer? My cards don’t work there. I’ve pretty much decided that FT will only get rake from me playing in Linda’s Little HORSE tournament. UB is softer anyway. So, if you can help me out, give a shout to webmaster AT this URL.
It is interesting that UB is getting trashed over operations. I did get an account closed there on request. And they were nice about it. I set up a rake account then and my credit card was the same as the other account used and that bounced as owned by another account. The guy from security cleared that and I got the deposit in.
Compare that with Full Tilt where you can open another account every day. As far as I know there’s no validation. I used the same credit cards funding both. And now UB is the bad guy and Tilt is getting a walk from repeated TOS breaches by named players that did affect outcomes. I guess it boils down to the degree of cheating somehow. Or, maybe its more about the spotlight that 2×2 created.

In chatting with Linda we were talking about the way they handle TOS transgressions of ‘names’ compared to hoi paloi like me.
Me: Hell, if TonyG walked into their living room and took a dump, all Howard would do is compliment him on the size and color.
L: That might be true but Suzie would kill him DEAD! LOL
