Ludicrous Speed
It has been more than ludicrous. I've been playing tournaments again. I can recall one hand where I got it in worse and won. The other guys are batting much, much better. Rick Moranis is their hero.

What do I mean? It all been like this preflop all-in. The traction is missing and the result ludicrous in their repeatability.
To make it worse, I’d chipped the guy up from his all-in just a couple of hands earlier with him drawing out in similar fashion.
Now early, I'm doing just fine. I even get the occasional plum like this:
I even worked that one up to the chip lead. Done that a few times. (Same tournament, BTW.) Then, about two hours in, the song always switches to American Pie. It the day the music died:
So bye-bye, miss American pie.
Drove my Chevy to the levee,
But the levee was dry.
And them good old boys were drinkin whiskey and rye
Singin, "this'll be the day that I die.
"This'll be the day that I die."
