The Good, the Bad, the UBgly

Well, after pimping UB in a recent blog, I encountered frustration. Frustration when my boat got cracked on the river isn’t what I want to talk about.

Today, the cashier isn’t accessible.  It did manage to pop up support accidentaly But, the worst is when I get a disconnected After supposedly being dumped from the table.  The app assumes I am still there.   I tried to rejoin the table and the reserved icon showed but I couldn’t join.  I had to close the application and restart.  When I did it took me to the table I had been removed from by disconnect.   After closing the dead table, I could again get on the list and get seated. You are really the most annoying site around for handling disconnects.  And I say that even if the above were not true.  Fix it, PLEASE!!!!!

So I thought, hmmm, I probably should have sent it to techsupport@ultimatebet.com which I’ve talked to in the past.

 

Same results. So I tried their live chat. Down.

 

The other address I tried was their cashier address and that too bounced.

 

How can UB annoy me?

Let me count the ways.

They annoy me to the depth, the breadth, the height
