I’m really a former geek. I threw out my mobile phone and even then it was one of those prepaid minutes ones that expired most of the minutes. I used to be paid to talk on one. Face to face is my preference. People walking down the street with body distorted or an ear blinking blue amaze me.
Everything out there these days seems to have a removable memory card. This little device is a handy interface to all that. It accommodates USB in and out; so it can even be the add-on memory card reader for your older computers. It is a bridge between all those various devices, cameras, whatever.
It is the Sandisk 8GB Multi-Kit with a variety of memory sizes or none at Amazon. It could be expanded with a bigger micro SD and the 8G moved to an older device that has less memory or as backup for the camera. I am going to pick one up even though I’m not sure why
